The Board of The Georgian National Committee of Large Dam consist from following personnel: The Chairman, Vice chairperson, Secretary and two members. The Board is elected by the Georgian National Committee of Large Dam for a term of three years period.
The Board is responsible for the leading and managing all activity of GNCOLD and establishes the composition and agenda of the Technical Commission. The Board is also responsible for relations with international organizations and ensures the fulfillment of obligations of the National Committee.
